Payment of drinking water is a process that takes time, as SAPAM (Water Supply and Sewerage System of the City of Valladolid) has an office with three windows to serve all its users.

Trash services are not free in the city of Valladolid, even though the service is provided by the municipality. This means that when you pay the property at the beginning of the year, the garbage collection service is not included.
